Shipping rates
Freight is charged on whichever is greater: actual weight or volumetric weight. The final rate is confirmed once the goods are weighed at our warehouse.

How the rate is worked out
- Volumetric weight comes from the parcel dimensions, so bulky but light goods can cost more than the scale suggests.
- Fragile items that need repacking at the warehouse carry a surcharge, always quoted before the shipment leaves.
- Rates exclude tax and any charges arising during customs clearance.
- Sending several parcels together as one consignment is cheaper than shipping each separately.
