Transport services

Weekly intake and flight schedule
The THK warehouse accepts goods Monday through Saturday. Anything checked in before 17:00 on Friday goes on the next available flight the following week.
How to pack fragile items
Liquid cosmetics, glassware and electronics need individual shock wrapping. Our warehouse team repacks them and tells you the extra cost before the parcel ships.
Goods we cannot carry
We do not accept flammable liquids, loose batteries, fresh food or any item banned from import. Contact us first if you are unsure about your goods.
